He should be a source of inspiration too. When he came out and that was the bravest thing ever, he almost got dropped from the industry. His coming out should've been the game changer but instead it became the warning to other LGBTQ artists. Of course there are others who have come out too but they all get sidelined and ignored.

I want to slap the people who used to say "Hong Seok-cheon, you're not a man", which I still remember seeing on certain variety shows in the past from certain specific people. He went through a lot and even helped everyone else during the difficult survival show in the jungle. After that show no one dared to tell him to his face that he's not a man and they started saying he's very dependable, and that in itself shouldn't be considered things only a man can do. I'm glad things have been changing a lot in the past few years.

One of the best interviews on her show. I didn't know that Hong Seok-cheon is the first openly gay korean. It's about time to show some love to our Korean LGBT. Again good job Jessie and Jo Jung Sik. No wonder this show is super successful.
He should be a source of inspiration too. When he came out and that was the bravest thing ever, he almost got dropped from the industry. His coming out should've been the game changer but instead it became the warning to other LGBTQ artists. Of course there are others who have come out too but they all get sidelined and ignored.

Jessi is really an open-minded person n she give her respect to all the various differences that exist in this world. She never judge other people n being racist. People should learn this, it will help this world more peace. She is amazing really. Many people look her with strange gaze, judge her, dislike her when she cameback with stage name ‘Jessi’...just like Hwasa being judge about what she wore on stage (when Mamamoo wear all-red that time). But, these girls had survived from that moment n stay strong, n now they gain many fans. They even became girl-crush. From outside they look tough, badass...but from the inside, these girls have a soft-hearted person.
People should learn that..everyone has their own story and problems. We don't need to add to their sadnesss with our mouth. We don't need to look down on each other, because we are all the same "human being. We have the same blood color, we were born onto this earth without bringing anything, and we will gone from this world without bringing anything too...we only bring our sins go with us.

This is the first time I see Jessi so attentive, quiet and happy. They had this moment together like they knew each other well and bullying Jungshik who is being weird lol. Btw for those confused in the vid it means that he's the safest oppa to be around for girls because he won't try to date them or flirt with them but hazardous hyung (i believe that one is more harsher for no reason) is because maybe he'll try to flirt with his male dongsaengs or go out with them. 지금보다도 더 성 소수자에 대해 폐쇄적이던 시기에 커밍아웃 하신것은 늘 대단하시다 생각하고 있지만 과거에는 홍석천님이 동성애 이미지를 너무 희화하 하시는 느낌이 들어 나무 가볍다 생각했었는데 한번 더 생각해보니 그게 우리 사회의 문을 조금이라도 여는데 최선의 방법이 아니었던가 하는 생각이 들었습니다. 여러모로 대단하신분임

I want to slap the people who used to say "Hong Seok-cheon, you're not a man", which I still remember seeing on certain variety shows in the past from certain specific people. He went through a lot and even helped everyone else during the difficult survival show in the jungle. After that show no one dared to tell him to his face that he's not a man and they started saying he's very dependable, and that in itself shouldn't be considered things only a man can do. I'm glad things have been changing a lot in the past few years.

커밍아웃 하셨다고 하셨을때 놀랍지않았어요 뭔가 다른점이 있다고 느끼고 있었거든요
당시에 한국은 진짜 무지하게 보수적인 나라여서 홍석천님이 뽀뽀뽀에서 하차하는건 물론이고 스포츠신문을 포함한 언론에서 연일 집타당했었어요
