Since if the soldier wants to get out and they are facing fire from front the door can act as bullet proof shield for them. Check out placement of doors in humvee for reference.

What about Windshield defogger? Because windows cannot be rolled down.. There should be a dashcam and 360 camera and the vehicle should have datalink so that the vehicle can perform intelligence gathering during its mission..

Not so much conventional that the army needs. The back carrier is not too good It needs to be covered and the air-conditioning fan needs to be mounted on the covered van roof. Those gun holes are no need. Those holes make armour weaker.
