The Roland Aira TR-8 Rhythm Performer according to Roland is the "authentic TR-808 and TR-909 experience in a modern, performance-ready instrument".
In the 1980's & 1990's the Roland TR-808 & TR-909 revolutionised music and is featured on most hip-hop and house music of the era. The same sounds can be found on almost ever bit of electronic music out today and is the staple of any type of music like this. The TR-8 was the first step of bringing this classic drum machine into the 21st century and has since been followed up by the Roland Aira TR-8s.
It has its own onboard sound card allowing you to take it with you anyway and easily get on with the job of "making beats". Most electronic music producers choose to have the TR-8 or TR-8s in their studio collection as it includes kits from the iconic 707, 808 & 909 drum machines.
But it is easy to forget to check what new features become available with each update to the firmware, so regularly checking for the latest update is a worthwhile job to do. It looked so simple, but soon as i got to the un plug from the computer and hit the up load blue 2/Snare key the end key 16 Mute flashed red and the Tr Rec & the PTN Select key flashed with no Scatter count down.
All my drivers on my mac OS are in line with the DLv from Roland, Please help!!

Hello, If I do this update will I have new other sounds that they were not in the original mode? And one more question: if I reset device will I see the last updating system or will i move in the original one? I expect the same procedure works on the windows systems, does'n it?

And what's up now with the scale mode? Don't work in bootmode... And what's the 8th button in the boot menu? I have no 7x7.. Please let me know if someone has a idea.. Thanks ✌️❤️

Hi, Press n holding 14 n 16 n Thn turning on the tr8 nothing happened, tr8 just came on normally, what should I do? Thanks
