In 2015 Jess Phillips posted on Twitter:
“Today I saw George Galloway on the beach I told him he was a rape apologist. Another thing ticked off bucket list”
Phillips also back the Labour add : "Do you think adults convicted of sexually assaulting children should go to prison? Rishi Sunak doesn't" with Rishi's signature on it.
Phillips said “I’m fine with the advert. I would have gladly defended it… it’s not hard enough actually”
Jess Phillips is a stinking hypocrite. It’s disgraceful she’s making herself out to be a victim, over what she herself has said about someone else, when so many women have been far greater victims.

Missing in the analysis of Musk's war of tweets on UK govt is that, when during the Aug riots the Met police commissioner - who was closely liaising with govt and Starmer - was asked direcly about arresting ppl not in the UK for social media posts, he did not rule out applying UK rule of law on US citizens posting on social media incl Musk. This was a foremost agent of the UK state threatening US citizens which arguably could be interpreted as harassment and threatening an act of war. Obviously ridiculous and hugely hubristic, but nonetheless accounts for Musk's activity. FAFO as he might post on Xitter. Also I have little doubt he is acting as Trump's wing-man in this regard.

Labour govt were ideologically in line with them and there's no doubt in my mind that the Dems saw Musk as an opponent, an active obstacle to their agenda and likely a threat to keeping to themselves whatever they don't want people to know about, so one can only speculate what could have ensued in terms of their relationship with UK govt. Even as it is, can Musk be certain he can enter the UK for business or pleasure without being arrested for something he posted? Or, for that matter, any US citizen that has posted a strongly worded opinion on social media?

Even as it is, can Musk be certain he can enter the UK for business or pleasure without being arrested for something he posted? There were also a case with a labor major in Norway who had with him a 14 year old girl at their national convention and no one reacted! Later it became clear he was sleeping with the teenager. It wasn’t really a big case in media. But when another labor parlament member who fell out of favor from the top ranks they accused him of sexual misconduct, even when the «victims» said they flirted with him and it was voluntary and they liked him. But the candidate who wanted his place was a Muslim woman who’s husband was a journalist in the country’s largest newspaper so they ran weeks with that story. Then another «wistle blower» came out. She was high up in the party and told he touched her back when she down on his lap at a party. It’s so horrible, it’s ok to rape teenage girls, but not ok to touch a grown woman in her fourties on the back when she sits down on your lap. Labor politicians have no moral, it’s only what benefits them. Time to rise up against the evil.
