Makes me think him and Klaus were close to each other growing up. Though, to be honest, most of the siblings seem to treat Klaus with kid gloves. Though, when you think of Klaus's history and personality, I guess it makes sense. He was the one most experimented on as a child by their father, in his twisted attempt to unlock Klaus's abilities (he has more than one ability actually, He can conjure the dead, bring them into the physical plane, levitate, and has telekinesis- making him one of the more powerful of the siblings- though they don't know that yet). Anyway, Diego doesn't fight with Klaus, he worries about him, seems to actively care about him, is more patient with him than I've seen him with any of the other siblings, etc. It's really sweet seeing this side of Diego. You can tell, he genuinely cares about him and is protective of him.
Diego and Klaus really love each other like siblings unlike a lot of them. Like you said they fight for each other and they fight each other. But it's true sibling relationship.
