@@liblib89 No exhauste clips. I wish I would have done some fly bys . I had the mufflers and resonators deleted . It was loud. The tail pipes are 4 inch dauls from e bay

Nice whip! Just bought an 06 m45 with 160k miles runs and drives good just curious what this cars miles are at? Trying to get a feel for how long I should keep it and maintain it before running into really expensive maintenance
Mine had 100,000. Ran great! No issues.
Mines at 190k only major issue was valve cover gasket tends to go out around the 170k mark, this is a common issue that was fixed on the 08 models. Previous owner might have replaced it already though who knows
I had a 2006 and it stayed strong until i hit 260k miles. That's when i started having TCM problems which you'll eventually run into.
How exactly did you get the akebono calipers too fit onto the car ?
I have the calipers off my other car but i dont know all the material needed for the conversion.
I’ve got an 06 m35 with full bolt ons with full exhaust and test pipes ready for a uprev tune. The one shown on the video looks clean asl too!
So the M cars wete unique. I found out doing research at z1 motor sports that the front of the cars is 350 z g35 and back half if the car is 370 z and g37 call z1 motor sports for details with vin number i did the installion myself and it wasnt hard but not super easy
@@fredwilliams7893 so of the back half of the car is g37,370z did the brake lines connect too the akebono caliper. Was the caliper a direct bolt on ?
Because I know id need the pads and the rotors so the question is would the caliper directly bolt onto the old brake lines . The swap from the oem calipers too akebono is something ive been stuck on because if there is extra material needed for the swap what did you use and what was required for it ?

Hey man really looking into buying one of these. are there any upgrades you’ve done performance wise with it being the sport model?
Just akebono brake set up. The 2008 and up has the refreshed front and rear facias! So check with z1 motor sports for brake info. Amazing car had no issues with it 114,000 miles on it. I also did a true cold air intake with ecu tune k sport coil overs but thats it to the engine
I hope you were able to find one. I just grabbed an 06 M45 Sport with 83k miles. She needed new hood struts, brake pads all around, and an updated fan control module. That was it for fixes, otherwise i only changed fluids(oil, trans, rear diff) to have a starting baseline for maintenance. Will mostly stay gararged. So far, I love these cars!!
@@b12y5e Thats great! Good cars I dis the same maintenance and it had zero issues i loved being able to watch dvd movies with the surround sound!
@@fredwilliams7893 thats my wife and kids favorite part too!! We all sat together and literally watched dvds for so long the battery died lmao! About 2 minutes of charging with jumpers and she fired up nicely. Im in love with cars all over again

K sport. And despite what some say about them . I never had issues. Fully Adjustable aswell

Honestly! some fake aftermarket ones. Don't know I do know they were ligjt weight. Lighter than the stock Alcoa 19inch that came with the car
