I think a lot of Sharks fan overreacting to this coach search, I think people think whoever we hire is going to be the future HC. Like JD said this year next year and probably the year will all be about development not wins and loses. If this next HC is the answer that’s great I would love that, but more than likely this another development hire.

Its not wrong to think that. One only has to look back to our inaugural seasons. 2 horrible seasons and by the 3rd season we were playing in the playoffs. People need to stop acting like there's no other option but to be bad. All it takes is a few good free agent signings that compliment the young players, with a coach who can bring it all together.
