Thank you for those words its so nice to fall on your channel What you say by trying to make and finish tracks is so true !!! The only important things is to have fun !
Thanks so much for this video! You, along with so many other TH-camrs helping us beginner folk out, definitely help ease the process stepping into this world of synths. So excited to build my first skiff which is going to be made out of cardboard!
Hi, Thanks for your kind words and i'm really happy that it helps. For me it was a struggle but it was also a nice adventure. However i spend a lot of (learning) money during the process. Therefor i made this video..... good luck to you!
Well don't worry because not being able to finance it means you don't have to bust your brain about it. I had many sleepless nights because of Eurorack. I'm kind of happy that this is in the past now and i'm just satisfied with a small set of modules....
very interesting thoughts - thanks for sharing! I had a big Eurorack system which I also tried to use to make full songs, but I somehow was overwhelmed by the possibilities. I sold everything and got 2 Elektrons, but that was way less satisfying than patching the Eurorack system. Now I think of setting up a small system (even smaller than yours) to pair it with my Moog Matriarch. I just need to be careful because of the "addiction" aspect you mentioned ;-)
Hi There, Not a bad idea it's just another workflow. I like to fiddle with FX and some Eurorack FX are just not available as VST. I try to buy only Eurorack with functions that can't be found as software. I also compared some VST reverbs with some eurorack reverbs and i think the hardware stuff sound better. So therefor my choises. But you know it's all goog, can't go wrong with making music :)
SInce we can only spend money once, the choices in front of us are sometimes scray, that is why I will try to use what I know sounds good already. If money was of no concern, I would easily add great effects in hardware.
Thank you for that overview! My direction is in a similar, slimmed down my system and focus mostly on effects. But I kept the BIA, Manis and Bassline . also the first two exist as VSTs, i prefer the hardware versions. What VSTs are you using within Ableton?

That was great, honest and original which many will identify with. All the best👍🏻
Thanks 🙏🏼
This was super interesting and helpful. And great music too! Thank you
really nice system. I like how well organized it is also. Must make it much easier to experiment / meditate with.
Thank you and yes it’s really great to fiddle with it !

Good choice, happy i could help a little:)
"I think it's an addiction, yeah" ...Have definitely said that before. It brings us joy though!
Besides getting bankrupt it’s a healthy addiction 😄
@@LittleAmbientMachine I couldn’t agree more haha 💰 🔥
Thanks for the excellent commentary sir
good point you made : especially eurorack played plays the player
wow, you hit the Nail!
That's really interesting m'friend 🤔
🙏🏼
Love this setup...What is the module to the very right of the Morphagene? And what BIA is that? Keep up the great work!
Awesome
I plan on the opposite: do all the effects inside the DAW and buy mainly oscillators, sequencers and utilty and modifiers. Bad idea?

Seriously, I'm tripping out here.
It was. I wonder if an edit was made. TH-cam doesn't allow edited videos to simply be, well, edited.
I deleted it by accident so had to upload it again......

I only have some Arturia Vst instruments and some Waves Vst's for Post production i use Bitwig Studio mainly for recording.
