Man I feel like this was Sean’s best voice acting for Goku or for the whole cast at that . This is one of the reasons why this game is the best (in my opinion) because of the raw emotion and music. Truly masterful.
Schemmel, Sabat and the other VA’s are at their best in the Budokai & Tenkaichi games I swear I think it’s because their voice matured so much after dubbing the original show and were at their best in these games that came after Z

Sadly enough tenkaichi handled cutscenes better but was a broken as hell game. This one rarely gave fully animated cutscenes but had great combat and the longest story mode with damn there every fight in z. And the third was really bad with the story skipping alot had bad cutscenes and shorter story then even tenkaichi 1 but had the best combat out of all the tenkaichi games. And ultimate.........we never speak of that shit show of a game lol.

it would make a bit of difference due to more combos and such. Honestly RB2 gameplay is just a slight improvement of BT3
