Yup, it's so hard to tell when something is capable of being improved. We have a lot of "better at times" strats, but there is also no clear winner a lot of times when you factor in good/bad rng. All that to say my upload frequency is kind of related to making progress with speedrunning. When there is no progress, there's few uploads.
