Indian PM Modi meets Putin during first Russia visit since Ukraine offensive

Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi is in Russia for a bilateral meeting on the two countries' long-standing relationship. Modi was seen hugging Russian President Vladimir Putin during their meeting, which is their first in Russia since the start of the Ukraine offensive.
