I got fully trained by a local window washing company. I was told I'd get a call on when and where to go for the first day. Never got a call and couldn't get ahold of the company after. The place up and closed on me! Got trained and some equipment out of it, so i can't complain.
It’s insane how quick a company can grow if you just put your mind to it. I started just telling myself if I walk out my door I’ll make more money than sitting around doing not much 1 months later 5k revenue 2 months later 11k revenue 3months later 18k total rev
Hey, I'd love to get an update on your revenue and any advice you can provide on your business now (a year later). Hows it been going for you and what have you changed?
I literally spent $60 at Home Depot for mop, squeegie and bucket to do windows for 2 ladies I met who moved into a new housing development. Their neighbors saw me doing windows, asked me to do theirs because other companies were too busy, and I started from there 😁

Your guest came across as a gatekeeper for expensive equipment saying you have to become proficient with a squeegee like it's some mystical art. It's simple, and if you can't master it in an hour, go back to chewing crayons I guess dude. If a newbie can afford a 3 point filtering and purification system, a waterfed pole with a decent broom head and the hose, then they should just go for it. If they decide they don't like it, then they can either return the tools or sell them off. Waiting and overthinking is a lot worse than not being the Lebron of window cleaning before getting nice equipment.
Your channel is great. I’m gonna buy the $500 course once I launch my LLC next month when I move to Orange County CA. I have a friend who manages multiple properties for power washing and soft washing and they’re going to help me out once I get licensed and insured. Said stucco is different so I need to know that. I feel blessed to be in the perfect position to do this with a new truck, accounts set up, and rich area
Great video. Don't most businesses(customer's) require a certain amount of insurance by the window washer to work on their property? Whats the industry standard?
Im commenting 8:00min into the video. I just heard he only offers exterior window cleaning. What if i can offer exterior cleaning with the option of interior as well (obviously it would cost more). I think i would rather spend more time in one home (less traveling), making more money, than to be in more homes (more traveling) only offering exterior cleaning. Does that make any sense?
I feel like going into peoples home is a higher liability. All it takes is Karen to say you tracked up her brand new carpet. I wouldn’t do inside. But that’s just me
@@codymckinney3390 absolutely. Definitely makes sense and didn't look at it that way. Then again. A Karen will be a Karen even if u were working on a neighbors property across the street. But you're right about that as well. Thanks for your input 👍🏼

Don’t bother man. Not worth it. The material given can all be found for free on TH-cam. Wish someone would have told me before I bought it
@@Heisman-wh6hrdo you know what videos to look for or any other tips to help? I was going to buy it too but after ur comment idk.
Great video, love the editing choices. Keep up the good work!
Looking at maybe getting into some window cleaning myself as a nice side huslte
Nice 👍 Thanks for such great ressources 👌ordered the protrad kit and some custom shirts&hats... will start next week, wish me luck 🙏
What about a home that only wants exterior windows, but has screens that remove from the inside?
Ask them to remove them or you walk in and remove them with the customer’s help. That what I usually do.
Why did you get a guy on that keeps saying over and over "i dont wanna clean windows"
Because he's an entrepreneur he starts the businesses and then has other people do it 🤑
@@JamesThomas-530he meant why even say it in the first place

Should you start with pure water straight off ?
For a route, would this be a monthly thing?
