Thanks so much! Yes, would love to do a few more podcasts as a trio 👍 but honestly, trying to find time to get together is like herding cats most of the time! 😂 Will definitely try and do a few more. It’s always great to have different cast on ideas 🥰❤️🧶
Thank you for taking us with you. Always great to see yarn shows in other countries. Such beautiful items you all bought. Had a laugh about your floof yarn 😀
Thanks so much! Yes, I love to see other yarn shows around the world too. Yes….my floof….. 🤷♀️ I definitely have a problem 😂😂 I hope you are keeping well! 🧶❤️
Awe that was so lovely to watch 😊 it was like being there with you all. I adore that vintage pattern 😍 lovely colours too. Exciting! Thanks for sharing 😊
Thank you for sharing your wonderful day with me. It felt like I was there with all three of you :) I especially love the wool for the vest --- so lovely :)
Hi Lynne , great podcast as always .I was at wonderwool on Sunday and had a fabulous time. I went with a list and came back with a bag full of goodies x😊
Hello and thanks for a relaxed and lovely introduction to your knitting friends. I found your podacast during your little absence and feel so pleased to have now met you in 'real' time. So welcome back and I can't wait to see more of your fascinating projects. I'm in Melbourne, Australia, so I'm gearing up for winter knits. Happy about that. :)
Hello there and welcome! Hope you’ve got some lovely projects planned for ‘sweater weather’ 😂 It’s always odd to know what to knit through the summer, but I’m sure we’ll find some inspiration. Thanks for dropping by, it’s great to have you here xx
Thank you for all of you sharing what you bought. Very inspirational! I love going to yarn shows. Not that I need anything, but...... All three of your sweaters are beautiful. I notice that when I see a sweater in multiple colors that they all look different. I have to really look back and forth to see that they are the same. Which I think is good because it makes them all very personal. Now you've got me motivated to start my next sweater!
Yeyy! We all need a little knitting motivation sometimes. We’re the same. We get our boost to our knitting mojo whenever we get together 🥰 I know what you mean about different colour combos too! Patterns can look soooo different just by altering colours. Thanks so much for watching and glad we’ve given you some cast on inspo! Happy knitting! 🧶🥰❤️
Lovely to see what you and your friends purchased. I looks like you had a great time! It would be nice to have a follow up video, something 6mths down the line where you showed the progress of your projects ❤️❤️
Thanks for dropping by!! 😁 Yes, that’s the plan - although sometimes, trying to find time for a get together feels impossible 😂 Will definitely do a catch up 👍❤️
Your friends are naturals in front of the camera. Looks like you had a great time at Wonderwool Wales. I was at a big yarny event yesterday, Knit City Toronto ... it is usually in Montreal or Vancouver, miles away, so as it was on our doorstep we had to go and it was lovely to see wool and dyers and shops from Quebec. Needless to say I bought a few skeins ... 😇
Oh wow! Well it would be rude not to sample a ‘few’ skeins 😄🫣 We really had a great time thanks. A yarn show is always a joy but when you can share your passion with friends who are just as geeky as you are…..that’s pretty awesome 😂🥰🧶🥰 xxx
This was good fun! Dunno what you'll do with the suri silk fluff, Lynne, but I had already checked Needle & Fred's site for some of it before your kitchen table reveal. Great colors, but none shown online.
Hey, I am a silent viewer of your podcast, since 4 years now, i think. You were the first person I ever heard talking about Hillesvag Yarn, I finially found an online shop wich sells to my country aswell. Do you have a favourite type, or suggestion? I'm getting confused by the needle sizes they have like: Nm 5,8/2, It's so nice to have you back and seeing you with your friends is so lovely. I abselutely enjoy your podcast
Hi there!! Thanks so much for dropping by 🥰 I really like the Solje which I tend to knit on a 3.25mm to 3.75mm as it’s 4ply/sport type weight. I’ve also used the Ask which I think is a bit thicker from recollection, but wouldn’t like to say for sure. It softens up so much as you knit and then once blocked and worn, it’s lovely. Light but so warm. Give it a try 👍👏Really appreciate you sticking with me ❤️ xxx
Any chance that you 3 ladies could talk about knitting the Polina jumpers. I have purchased the pattern but find yolks are so hard. I am a 'vintage pattern' knitter bottom up. To have someone explain their choices would be great. I have dyslexia..I miss the important instructions and then find I'm up the creek and have to frog. I desperately want to be able to have a wearable yolk jumper. Needle sizes and wool used too. I purchased the wool in pattern.
That’s a great idea! We find it so difficult to find time to all meet up but that could be the push to get us together more often 🥰 Will certainly chat about the yoke construction next time and then plan a trio podcast soon! Thanks for stopping by 🥰❤️🧶
Hi new sub here, I thought maybe you made two jumpers, and changed when you got home, pink n cream in the car reddish brown n green at home... 😂 Bit like that dress a couple of years ago. Thanks for sharing the yarn porn🐑
Hi there and welcome!! I know what you mean 😂 I thought that when I was editing! So amazing how tone of light can alter course massively. Thanks for stopping by! 🧶🥰❤️
Loved watching this, please do a podcast as a trio so we can see your projects x

What lovely purchases. There are two types of alpaca and their fibers are very different. Just fyi
Ahhhhh! Good to know! 👍❤️
Silk will make your socks even stronger. It is a VERY strong fiber. Go for it!
Ahhhh I thought it was silk!! Thanks so much 🧶❤️🧶
@@calonyarns8088 Mohair is very strong too. 😁Your welcome.
Fabulous!! 👍❤️
