  • Etiolated growth is an abnormal growth in succulents and other plants when they are grown in insufficient light. It goes hand in hand with loss of colour, elongated leaves and reduced roots.
    Etiolated growth happens due to lack of light though, succulents can grow tall or stretched due to being rootbound as well.
