It's good to see you, hope the baby is doing fine! I'm going to use abut 1k Mystery shards for champion chase, getting food champs for the champ training event, that will help save some sacred shards. I have 30 sacreds, so I know I can complete the fusion and Freyja deck of fate.
If it was 2x Ancients for the Champion Chase and then pull Sacreds for the Summon Rush, then I would do that. I believe you need more Sacreds to do a Champion Chase than for a Summon Rush. By going for the extra summon rush, you have more time to save up all shards for this event.
For these events, it turns out the same - 6 sacreds for each. Actually, you can cut that down for the CC considerably with fragment champs or just lucky RNG.
My prior laziness led to me not needing to pull any sacred shards for the champion chase. I finally completed the Lady Mikage fusion and I got Lydia to earn most of the points I needed for the champion chase. I pulled mystery shards for the remaining points. I'll have a decent amount of sacred shards remaining for the "extra" summon rush (if needed).
That's a good point. I don't typically think about mystery shards unless I'm low on other shards, but one way to not get low on those shards is to use mystery shards in their place. Thanks for the reminder!
Right now, I'm farming FK to get the fragment, once done, I farm event dungeon to get not only sliver, but some Pinpoint Gear, just having 2 pieces whether it be gear or it can increase champs speed by 12+, HMZ done a tutorial on this on his channel. I have 20 sacreds saved, 60 Voids saved and earning quite a lot of Ancients from Event Dungeon too with runs. I'm running the event calendar as I know I can complete it, just need to get champs levelled ready for the champ training event

Got distracted and started doing spider this morning before DD was on... FML Thankfully I have enough spare gems. The champ chase points are quite ok so that won't be an issue even without pulling.
I've done that before. As long as you have the energy, it's no big deal. Just some extra silver in your pockets for the Artifact Enhancement that started today too!

The honest truth.. i was some random months (2 or 3) or whatever into a f2p account. starting with only 3 ancient shards.. exactly when Supreme Elhain fusion started.. and i scraped together and managed to get her. Honestly i hardly remember how i did it. maybe got monthy sacred, popped a lot of green shards.. fused Broadmaw.. found shards in various places.. i don't remember.. but it's insane i pulled it off. I know i didn't have tonnes of gems either.. probably under 1k, but dunno exactly. I remember Hell hades had a better start then me.. and he wanted it too.. but messed up something and didn't get her.
Yeah, I was able to do some early fusions on my HH challenge account this year. So it's definitely possible. You've got to keep your eye on the ball, though, for sure.

For every player, it's a little different. I completed my first fusion around the 6-month mark on my main. Since then, I've learned a lot, and I can now do a fusion before the 60-day mark on a new account. I'd say you should do a little research and then try a fusion somewhere between 4 months and 8 months as a new player. And don't rush it if you're not prepared. It takes resources, time, and focus to complete a fusion. Definitely doable, but not if you're too casual about it.
Most of the events are rather done fair. The champion chase switch is obvious, they want to trip players up to make them feel pressured. For players like me that's not too much of a hassle, I can just pull my fragment champions. But I understand there are a lot of players in this game that don't have that luxury.
Yeah, there are plenty of ways for advanced accounts to deal with these curve balls. It's the mid-game players who get screwed the worst, because you know they get the most value from fusions, and their the ones most likely to fail a tricky fusion like this. Not cool Plarium.
Is that 2k energy spent on tournaments universal if you win? i.e. I can farm spider hard 1-2 with food fast but I’d rather just do 20 and get more gear. Does it matter??
The energy is a little different depending on the stage you fight, but it's fairly close to 2k for all of the highest stages per energy tier. So while stage 20 is technically the most efficient, you can choose whatever stage you like best.
Sorry to hear that. I tried re-watching the video, and I'm not seeing much of a problem, language-wise. Could you be more specific? I want my videos to be as accessible as possible.
Ive never done a fusion, i wanted to this time. But asking around, i dont think i have enough shards. I have about 5k-7k energy though. I guess ill get one of the epics and save my resources for a future fusion 😢
Keep in mind you don't need all the shards and other resources up front. Over the next 2 weeks you'll hopefully gain more. I'd give it a go, we can get around 2K energy every day if you do dailies and stay under the energy cap, diamonds can buy more energy or even a pack or 2 of Ancients if pinched.
it's not just the sacreds.. 500 green shards is same points as a sacred. Blue shards give only about 20 points but sacred is like 400 or 500. Void shards give 120 i believe. Champion chase is different.. just get champions from all over especially when u pull epics you gain good points.
The epic is VERY good (check my new video today). And don't worry if you can't get this fusion. It's good, but not a can't-miss. Use this one as practice, get your epic (or two), and start saving for next month. Good luck!
I think if you can lvl 20 of the event dungeon silver isnt bad but for divers spider 10 is probably it forever unless plarium gets more generous and friendly lol ill start keeping track of my ten runs on super raid and see
You think 10 is better than 20 for silver/energy? I'm not sure. 20 is very efficient for tournaments and stuff, but I've never done the math on the silver.

Champion chase placement is pretty dirty, with a second summoning event. 😍
Yes it is. I think Plarium has got a few tricks up their sleeves to pull some cash out of the players with this event.

green shards are BIG in summon rushes too. 500 green shards = 1 sacred. Of course it sucks to do all the manual labour.. but..

I think Pinpoint is being undervalued currently. Mark my words - when the event dungeon is gone, some people are going to be sad.

candid advice. go to a game account trade site and buy you a good account

The event dungeon isn't good for silver for me. Because they are special accessories you don't sell them or at least not as many!
That's true. I'm still selling the bad ones, because I just can't keep them all in inventory - we get so many. But yeah, you make a fair point.

Champ chase is extremely easy, only 1550 points. I'm going to do about 1000 points with mystery shards
