You are right about the strength of 3d printed parts for such applications...it's a great way to make a prototype to get a feel of it...but for this you can consider the same design milled ?!
280g, the wing and the tail was fixed with 3d printed parts. It turned out not to be stable enough to withstand the tossing forces. I highly recommend buying a cmposite DLG ^^
Thanks. The glides are quite decent. I just developed a small part for the wing mount...it's hard plastic laser cut and wrapped with carbon tow....we can exchange notes if it interests you...what's your email?
