How did you seal all the holes? Even tho the welds are shit that body drop was a ton of work. I would of gone to town in ther making it all perfect lol. Was curious how you dealt with the sealing? Also now that its been a few years hows it holding up? How is the truck nowadays? Is it still around?
The reason you had the hot air blowing was cause the blend door is stuck due to that lil motor not being bolted on, should go underneath the hvac box to the right side of the transmission tunnel
Use a flap wheel to remove rust..use acetone spray for rust...it wont come back..wields are crap...please take a look under cab...see how bad it is..may use a rhino liner on the seams or something to protect..good looking truck tho...past owner didnt take the time to do right...it needed to be tig wielded. Not mig...use "rust seal" on seams
@@NDOTV no problem at all i have a 89 there is 2 on mine one to the far left it controls which vent does what and there is the other one that is in the middle behind the cd player i dont know if they changed locations in the newer years but it might be a good place to start... but nice truck sir im in the process of bagging mine
Mine is missing all the wire to my weather control i only got the speed no temperature or where the air goes i have to move a broken piece that acts like a lever to move the direction of the air
I also cand by pass the ac clutch I took out the relay cap exposimg the inside of my relay i press the relay so it makes contact and it turns on byt after a few minutes i start smaking somewere in my engine bay i also have a loud squel its a mind breaking issue fml

Those bolts are to hold it in direct place there only on one side.
so the bracket on the back seat will use a bolt right?

That little pond in the floor is from the brake light that's at the top of the cab. It needs a new gasket or silicone.

Check the 3 brake light the gasket prob no good and it’s letting water one
