Cosidering low stock in market, I think for next 2 years Perth will have better performance compare to other cities, so Perth will be the choice for mid term investment
I bought 2 houses south of Perth 18mths ago and its done brilliantly, I am keen to go again over there but i feel that the market is fuelled on FOMO right now. Us east siders are paying approximately 10-15% above local market pricing and everything is under offer in 24hrs.
@pizzaandproperty1246 Properties lasting on the market for more than 24hrs, selling within a band of +/-5% of the local market, not the +10-15% over (at a minimum) and price guides of $380,000 not selling for as high as $500,000 at an auction, this happened this morning. I'll go and purchase in a less heated market that still hits my metrics of a successful investment.

Congrats mate that's an amazing result! What would you need to see to have the confidence it wasn't a FOMO filled market?
