Salesforce: How to assign page layouts to guest users

To assign page layouts to Site Guest Users, you will need to switch to Classic. If you try to do this from Lightning, you will not find the Site Guest User profile in the page layout list for assignment.
Switch to Classic
Click Setup
Search and select All Sites
Click Builder on the Email Loop site (or another site you wish to adjust)
Click the gear icon/button for Settings
Click on the Guest Profile link
In the Page Layouts section, click View Assignments on the Account object
Click Edit Assignments

I can't get this to work with Enhanced Profiles. Can you help me?

I was able to turn off Enhanced Profiles and it worked! Thank you. I also had to be sure to switch to classic *before* opening up All Sites and clicking on the profile name.
