What about 'attribution required', even though you are using one image out of a group of images? If i have to do something similar, do i need to give credits even if I am only using a part of the image?

When i m using fill color on vector PNG img by eyedrop it filled All over the Area Taken By PNG but not Vector why...???

Convert the PNG image to SVG format using online converters.
For example: convertio.co/png-svg/
