Black Widow would also be a good counter. The Widow's Bite would force the opponent to either never draw again or play 2 cards in a round... or just play the bite to activate Doom 2099 and nothing else.

Great Idea! Definitely helps with the clogging/disrupting. I'll have to see about adding Black Widow to the deck.

He's an integral part of the deck so I would change a few things about the deck to switch up the gameplan.
Switch US Agent for Master Mold
Switch Green Goblin for Black Widow
Switch Hobgoblin for Ronan
This deck works because Doom2099 requires you to play 1 card at a time so your opponent will naturally have more cards in their hands.

Skrull was in this deck to copy the Doom 2099 ongoings. I assumed Skrull would "become" a Doom when he copies the ability but that wasn't the case. Great substitutes for Skrull are Luke Cage or Black Widow.
