Wow, I didn’t notice the wash on He-Man’s skin at first, but now that I do, it’s very odd-looking! I do like that shield though. Now Vecna looks really awesome! He actually fits in perfectly with the world of MotU. The tentacles in the back and his Staff of Time are really cool! It’ll probably be sometime next year before I see and pick this one up at my local Target. I waited until the Skeletor/Demogorgon 2-pack went on clearance and finally picked it up a few days ago. Can’t beat a 50% off discount! They only had two left and both packages were a bit beat up unfortunately, but everything is eventually getting opened anyway, so I don’t really care as much about keeping the packaging nice anymore. ~Damon

I'm not sure if it's supposed to be a burnt battle damage tone from the Upside-down world or paying tribute to the 1980s Argentina Leo toys He-man that had simular colors. Vecna is the star of the show with this pack! He definitely mixes right in with MOTU well. I would certainly wait for this set to go on clearance and pick it up later. I also don't have room for more boxes.

With his armor off, the wash made his muscle aesthetics jumps out more! 😳 I know He-Man is muscular but the shading really put an impact on the details. It's definitely all in the painting. 🤔

This figure has simular tones that the First release Vintage He-man also had but they added a lot of brownish wash all over the body. Thanks for watching 👍

That’s a really solid set. I agree the wash is a little over done. Especially on the forearms - way dark there…? The gear is good looking, I wouldn’t mind that upgrade. The upside down guy is really cool! I’m ordering the first pack off of Target for the second bad guy (only $17) for a random monster guy. Maybe he’ll be my “polluted” Evil Seed… Hopefully the other pack goes on clearance online too. They don’t even have it at my Target, but they have like 10 of the first set for 24. Great review! 😊

I think this is a fun crossover set as well as the first one with Skeletor and the Demogorgon. The new vintage style skin colors are great on He-man aside from that heavy wash. I didn't get any of the Cartoon figures, but I consider getting Adam, to have an alternate vest for the Origins and also get Cringer. I think they made the legs even worst in the Cartoon line.
@@lfabio.n I honestly like the cartoon line. But I view them as there own thing that can mix and work with the regular Origins. I don't mind the Adam vest. It looks like the cartoon. I put a vintage cloth vest on my regular Origins Adam which look alot better!
@@Themanchlid They seem to have a better finish than regular Origins from what I can tell, it's just that to me, it would be too much, besides the space, I have other reasons to no invest in another subline. I'm more into the main Origins line and Masterverse New Eternia. I really like your reviews because I'm able to have a better idea of what the figures look like. The good of all these lines is the option to mix and match.
@lfabio.n I appreciate your views and hearing the feedback on the figures. Only collect what you really like, can afford and have space for. I like most of the different cross-over lines now with the Origins. I didn't care for all the Sunman figures and didn't pick most of those up. Only a couple! So that's an example of how much I want to collect all these different figures or sub lines but walk away from certain things I don't like. Everything I buy and review is what I really wanted to add to my collection. I never buy stuff just to have and review without personal interests. I try to mix and match as much as I can in some videos depending on time and if it makes sense to me. That's a lot of work sometimes to do after filming and editing.
Love the show the shield is epick Vecna looks evil and ready bring chaos in eternia demogorgon looks great too only if they gaved skeletor a shield or the filmation axe or atleast the terror claws head

Not too familiar with stranger things passed season one, but this guy is pretty cool. I like the he man head sculpt, looks like the vintage one. Awesome shield as well. But not feeling the skin tone on him. Great review, brother.

The last season was really cool the Vecna Character. It's awesome to see him added to this Origins Stranger Things series now! I also like the new He-man with the colors and head. I think they went a little too much on the wash though. I love that new Shield as well!👌

If you haven't watched Stranger Things, you're in for a treat! The first few episodes are kinda slow to introduce the characters and build up the story, but after that, it's full-speed ahead and amazing! As for "evil Moss", they actually did that with the Turtles of Grayskull crossover line. They did a deluxe figure of mutated Moss Man, and it's really neat!

I think there was a He-man variant in the 80s from Argentina that was called Leo He-man, similar to Leo Faker from the same toy company that got rights to those figures. However, they changed the paint tones from the USA vintage figures. I think that He-man had these colors. Thanks for watching and sharing your thoughts 👍

I have fun with these figures. But they are not for everyone, which is cool. I preordered Modulok from the whole Shabang. I gave up with Amazon. The link works. Then it doesn't work. Then it's sold out and waiting for more stock. Maybe they will wait closer to the release date, which is January.

Squeezing out every penny from your pocket and give you nothing of importance. For me it is clearly not funny even when you and others bought it (cheap, bad color app and loose joints). Somebody still funding this dead horse ideas, which make less sense cause you are not the broad mass which are buying these (up). Smyth claimes that Modulok comes Dec (which i think is also a lie and it is jan/febr like you said) - More important for Smyth is that we already paid the figure before.... rrrr!
Congrats on the review! I liked the figure of He-Man overall, the colors of the hair, harness and boots, but... why is he so pale? Does this version of He-Man represent a "The Walking Dead" character? 😄🫣

Vecna looks like he'd be a great base for a custom Swamp Thing in origins style!
