Anyhow you brought some more beauty to this Island. Oh and I get bad brain days also and take some herbal supplements like Ashwaganda, Siberian Ginseng, Rhodiola, L-Theanine, St 'Johns Wort to name a few and they do help some which is a lot better than nothing. If you ever do make it to Galway you could look up Terry on the Danu's Herb Garden Channel. She runs something called WIld Women's Way or some such but an excellent English Lady who is very handy with a shovel.
