Welcome to country was traditionally performed by elders to welcome other Aboriginal people to their land for ceremonies and other specific events. In this day and age welcome to country is done by every man and his dog for money in fact most cutural events have been altered and reinvented for money. As most of us know money is the root of all evils.

Hey brother! I've been living and working on the Kabi Kabi land for a while now. "Wunya Nulum" as far as I know is welcome, everyone. 🙏🏾 I may be wrong but the Traditional owner was the one who shared this information.
Just sharing because people might take this on.

I cross checked with the Kabi Kabi dictionary, too. I'm not here to prove myself right, but anyway I will leave it at this.
