you should try eating a sheep's brain cooked with Turmeric (served with rice...) it's a very popular dish in the Arab world and it's full of nutrients useful for the brain...
(otherwise hard to find in the desert and...)
(and yeah Turmeric - curcumine is a powerful anti inflammatory and great to get rid of the bad stuff from the brain and keeps the great stuff... And it's also generally very very healthy for your brain)
just Google there are plenty of researches about how good it is combined....

I know many people are very anti religion claiming that religious people cause many terrible issues, but those people should look at the atrocities that occur in countries like China that force religion out of people's lives.
Ok, yeah, many muslim government countries have their terrible things also. I don't exactly know why most Christians used to be horrible in the middle ages but in current times it looks as though the majority of people in so called Christian countries do not have baby eating issues or torture tactics. Kiddy diddling preasts aside, at least that is considered terrible.
Sorry for the rambling, this was not a "religious people are the best" or an "atheists are terrible" comment at all. Just a general observation. I love to look at the whys of the world.
Edit: Perhaps it has to do with the godlike worship of the government which nurtures bad behavior?

Even my dad think eating human fetus is monstrous and he joked about how he might had eaten human meat in China when he was a kid in Mao’s era because everyone was starving back then. He talked about how he bought a bag of mystery meat and took it home and cooked and eat it and found a finger nail in it. It freaked him out but he ate it anyway since he was starving. Everyone in China was starving in the past.
Abortion wasn’t common practice in China in the past until the communist took power. Hurting babies even unborn was despise by many Chinese especially traditional Chinese people. Abortion was just forced population control. I don’t know how people end up eating baby fetus since that wasn’t considered traditional medicine.
Based on a quick google search these fetus pills and eating human fetus is a new phenomenon. The practice was popularized by a modern artist Zhu Yu.
Sadly I believe there is a market for this because someone created this idea that eating baby fetus is ok because of the abundance of aborted fetus that is available. Someone is marketing this. Some cruel disgusting people are trying to profit from this.

I lived in VN for 3 years. At first it feels like there are no rules on the road..... and then after you ride the bike around for a few months you realize that everyone is following a predictable pattern that is fairly easy to follow. It's still like 10x more dangerous than being on the road in the US. Especially b/c the truck drivers are lunatics. The thing that always upset me was the drivers rolling through blind corners in a residential area at 50 kph where kids were playing in the street. One of the many reasons I won't raise my kids in Vietnam......

Yeah, once you get the rhythm I don't feel like it's particularly dangerous you do need to understand that after a lot of practice. People are aware of you there. In China they don't have that feeling of anticipation or understanding vectors. It's very different in China, they will just jump out or stop on the side of the road. They aren't generally actively aware of people around them.

go to turkey when i traveled only about 5-10% of the street lights worked for the road lights.
i watched a cement carrying dumper truck full on stop from travelling atleast 50-60mph down a road because a moped rider beeped at him before the truck did so that means the moped has right of way, well it nearly turned into a fucking nightmare as this truck is zigzagging down past this junction and this barely alive ped that has zero power is trying to whip out of the junction before this truck just splats everything.

    Last Asian rhino,
Asia’s few remaining Javan and Sumatran rhinos are some of the most threatened large mammals in the world. Their numbers are precariously low but if effective conservation measures are put in place, we know, from our experience with the greater one-horned rhino, that it’s possible to bring a species back from the brink. Together with governments, local communities and other NGOs we’re working to improve rhino conservation and management by supporting monitoring and protection units, restoring rhino habitat, and identifying suitable habitats that are safe from poaching where rhino populations can expand."

@Oliver Von arx Actually, Poaching is very strictly and quite effectively policed in many parts of Africa. It's definitely not just a slap on the wrist. it's a really tough struggle, bordering on warfare, with wildlife rangers in danger for their lives. The lure of big money brings criminals and greedy people doing desperate things. The only way to stop it, ultimately, is at the demand level, not the supply level. The TCM (traditional Chinese medicine) industry is the problem.

I've had conversations with people that are insanely intelligent, but so stupid about something like this. I knew a girl in university, that was working on becoming a CPA tell me that her family has given her and her sister this Chinese medicine made from Sea Horse's that greatly improves memory. They took this before doing the Gao Kao, and they firmly believe it is part of the reason they did so well. After asking them how much it cost, I guess they literally spent thousands of RMB on it. I asked her if there had been any scientific studies done on this type of thing, she had no idea. LOL.

Terrible decision, after 3 hours of riding, a truck scared me and I over accelerated so I jumped on the back. After 5 hours of riding some thugs came from behind while riding and tried to steal my phone from the GPS support. Ended up sending the bike back to the city the next day inside a bus cargo, and took the train to my destination. Inside the city is not so bad as the traffic slows you down very much, but on the freeways, damn, at the same time you will have trucks overtaking each other, bikes on the side of the lane around you plus occasional bikes riding the wrong way coming in front of you like suicide bombers.

David Williams I had a discussion with my friend about this exact same topic. Western culture has no moral authority to speak on this. Harvesting organs and transplanting into another at least “helps” another. We allow and essentially encourage abortion. Killing innocent babies simply because we have no agency. I know which is worse. I’ve ordered my own child’s termination. A man willing to terminate his own child is undoubtedly the most disturbing.

Ok, placentas are kind of weird and gross, but actually there is nothing ethically wrong with using them. They detach and come out when the baby is born, and nothing dies because of it’s being used.
What is horribly wrong is killing babies.
I still would not use the placenta products though, (even if it didn’t gross me out) because I would be afraid they were obtained not from a live birth situation, but from an abortion.

I was in a Chinatown herb shop once. A state health inspector (an ABC) came in to talk to the couple who owned the place. He told me that it is common to enhance traditional herbal medications (the shop sold those as well) with other substances to enhance or reinforce their effects. Acetaminophen (Tylenol) and amphetamine are examples of substances that you might be getting in what you assume is just a mixture of different herbs. A traditional preparation for “male energy” could contain both ginseng and small amounts of Viagra.
There are also chemicals such as arsenic and strychnine that are part of traditional Chinese medicine that are risky to take.

Some mothers reported hearing their babies cried. It's very very sad. I don't know what happened in recent years, but I did read some young people talked about abortion like going to grocery stores.
