i tried to give it a couple of chances like other people did, but it still didn't sit with me. i understand that SM wanted to go into a new direction in a way to gain the audiences attention; BUT after listening to the song more than once, i came to a conclusion
if the flute was removed and the lines were properly placed based off the members ranges and lines, for me i feel it like it would have been executed better. they only had my attnetion at 32 seconds of the first bridge and 42 seconds of the pre bridge near the end. and that was it. nah buddy. i'll respect other peoples opinion that like it but this ain't it for me.

Some of the members development is getting stagnant, while others are getting much better at their craft. Jungwoo is out for blood, Taeil is performing better, Johnny is coming out of his performing shell more, Mark and Haechan are maturing nicely, Yuta's vocals are getting stronger. Taeyong, Doyoung and Jaehyun are at a high level already and have stayed there. I am curious to see how they develop over time.
You hit the nail on the mark. Especially with Jungwoo and Taeil. Jungwoo has all the makings of a great idol. I wonder whose solo career will be the strongest. NCT overall works because as a group they're amazing and super strong. Alone though, I'd want to see who'd be more successful in their transition.
