I had Fiberwerx hood and fenders on my 2012 3500 RAM great product but as most aftermarket body parts...body shop had 80 hours in body work and paint to get everything aligned. But it turned out amazing. they were on the truck for years with no problem until July 3 of this Year. $13,400 front end and roof damage from an accident.

Just ordered my CF bedsides 1 piece hood with half fenders and a bunch of DownStar hardware and riv-nuts. It’s looking like end of July beginning of August before they arrive. Scared to cut up my truck but the outcome will be so worth it. Next I’m gunna try and get a bed cage and let the snowball effect happen lol

Are probably my top 3 brands. Even stealth custom series are nice! Mainly for Toyota but you’d just need the center bore adapter!

I’m a police officers here in texas. Once ur plate expires ur given 10 buinsess days to renew the plates for the next month. So ur plate expires in July, u have 10 buisness days in august to get renewed.

Methods are great. They warranty and back their products 100% and have great customer service. Not to mention they look badass🤙. Tires... Well they have gotten really expensive the last couple of years. I'll tell you right now the best prerunner tire is what you already have just a bit bigger lol. Toyo RTs 37/12.50/17. Great offroad and for daily drive. This coming from a prerunner guy👍

@@LonestarHawaiian Both are a good tire. In my opinion, I think toyos are better if you got the money. They are probably around $500 per tire. In the prerunner community the popular tire is either toyo or bfgoodrich, but I've always been a toyo guy👍The general grabbers I've heard are a good tire, but I don't see many people running them🤷🏻♂️
Those fiberglass fenders are most definitely bolt on and the stocks come off without cutting and is a simple application. You could have saved or sold the stock fenders up front. As far as the rear goes, yes you most definitely have to cut those off and butcher them. The fronts are on and off with bolts super simple.
Fuel rebels, although pretty popular right now. Then again the Moto Metals we’re too. The rebels would look excellent! A good selection of colors, size, and offsets as well.

Get the Method 701s with bead grip technology. As close to a beadlock with total street ability and non of the extra unsprung mass that a beadlock adds.

Very cool man! I have a 12 single cab and I really wanted to make it a pre runner until I saw the price of long travel kits! I ended up slamming mine 7/11 drop and doing a HD front end that’s really popular style here in Houston. Im interested to see the fit of the fiberglass I put a wide body kit on my drift car and man it took loads of work to get the panels to fit nice.
Anything with 0 offset will be ok. And I love methods and raceline has some nice wheels as well
this truck is what i kinda wanted to turn my 2011 silverado into with the mirrors, lights and blacking out the chrome. unfortunatly i did know that the engine in it was an option the 4.8l V8 and a 4 speed. i did a couple things like a cheaper black housing head light, and a small lift kit 2 inch. But it was terrible on gas and it was not able to tow enough for what i now needed. Fortunately it had a couple some value still and i was able to find a newer used truck which i am now excitred to make my own. going to be putting on a tonneau cover and my back rack but wanting my lights their own battery and solar charger. excited for what is to come with my 2017 silverado LTZ

I would go with the method trail series wheel in a 17 inch. They are great and I have the 701 trail series on my Tacoma. They are great because they are not beadlocks, however are designed to be aired down without the worry of the wheel coming off of the tire bead.

17 inch methods, you wont really need the beadlocks, but the smaller 17 inch wheels make 35s/37s look absolutely massive and aggressive
Method wheels , fuel wheels are solid options. Bead locks are solid if you are going to off-road often bc when you air down they will be good for you. But if you’re gonna do the average offroading and not go too often regular methods are good because they have a deep bead that holds those tires on pretty well

Method sounds like a really good wheel option!
Raceline Defenders are nice. Black Rhino is becoming increasingly popular as well. You can keep black rims or a machined look would be nice as well. 0 offset rim will be your best friend when it comes to tucking your tires at full bump. With 37s, you MIGHT have to do some trimming and massaging to get everything to clear properly.
One thing to consider before mounting though. Fiberwerx is generally on the thinner side when it comes to their glass compared to other companies, so it's a good idea to spray some type of undercoating on the inside of the fenders and bedsides to give it some more rigidity to prevent premature webbing/ cracking.
Another thing to consider on your bedsides is keeping the OEM surrounds/ mounts on your taillights. Some glass replaces the metal structure and the taillights become loose over time.

Methods/KMC/dirty life are all good for tires Toto MT’s are popular in the pre runner world

i’m not sure what bolt pattern your truck is but relations race wheels are a great option and so is summit wheels. can’t go wrong with methods though🤷🏽♂️

I have a 2013 Silverado with the 5.3 and have had to replace the same lifter twice within a year .
I would get a junkyard bed if your going to cut it up. Save your old bed. Just in case.
Definitely doing something off road aggressive. Most off road wheels that have a "Beadlock" look are not real beadlocks. All the methods with the bolts around the lip, is not a real beadlock. Plus you aren't going to be bombing that truck hard enough to even need real beadlocks

First, I love your channel and content, especially your attitude of just going for it and learning as you go.
The best thing I can say is simply to figure out how Aggressive the build has to be. You may also need to upgrade the wheel hub since it will put more pressure on it. Many people already do kryptonite wheel hubs for heavy-duty wheel hubs to take on bigger tires.
There are the main three (keep in mind your money and your choice ). I am just giving options.
There are the main big three Rhino and Fuel most off-roader know. Beadlocks are your best bet but illegal due to what they intended. It allows you to deflate the tire for more surface of your tire to grip.
Depending on the budget, the reigning kings of tires (far as I know) are mainly Mickey Thompsons and Nitto. Their mainly on the expensive side. The best for either one of the three Toyo ( the current brand you have on the chevy ), Bf Goodrich, or even Falken is a decent one for how cheap it is.
A lot of it, mainly you have reforge you main internals(steering, engine, etc.) I think you got the jits of it.
One of the excellent channel to look for is trails built off-road. It is an excellent channel. It gives better insight into a lot of roading, including some prerunners .too
Black rhino rims. Get the humvee looking ones haha that would look sick. I can’t remember the name of the style I think it’s like armory or something
KMC Wheels or Fuel 💯 try some KO2 bfGoodrich or Mickey Thompson tires definitely baja prerunners quality 👌🏻

Whats your thoughts on the Toyo tire now after years of service I have the same tires and they been super good and quite after 5 years they're loud on the road now are you experiencing the same ? I think it's time for new ones looking at all the options at. ALL TERRAINS
I've enjoyed them. Great longevity out of the tires. They do get loud after the first 10-15k miles when the soft rubber wears away, and the traction in wet is pretty bad. Compared to the Nitto Ridge Grappler, I think the Nittos are better.
