You seem the most knowledge of the reviewers so far. I verified your comment that the case can be charged wireless which I had not seen documented. I was hoping to get help with a problem. My pair is now only pairing in mono mode with my iPhone. The Alice shows up twice in both the settings and the app pairing lists. Music will play through only one bud at a time. I did find the silent bud would still respond to the touch command. How do I get the the Alice back in stereo mode? A

Alice has good hardware, but the software right now is very bad. PEQ very limited (crashing on my case), which is what I bought it for. I love alice better than kato, but the software issues are making me sad
I agree soundcore liberty 4 is a better deal but bro the sound is not close at all its like 98% vs 85% sound core does have better app and controls plus the features at 25% or more cheaper so yeah if you want the better deal the soundcore is a marginally better

The clear tips are the UC tips from Softears. They are made of LSR, so it is more similar to the azla crystal than the xelastec.

No idea. I recommend contacting Moondrop and asking for the factory reset procedure. If that fails, ask for a replacement.
My pair don't have the problem with the touch controls you described, music resumes without a problem.
