      Joel Salatin even mentioned a farmer who's flock had bird flu years ago, but he had one or two dozen that never got sick. He went on to say that any THINKING man would have said, "Let's take these healthy birds, that obviously have a natural resistance to this disease, and breed them"...but the government came in and killed those healthy birds too.

      I grew up in Europe drinking raw milk, I’d pick up 2 liters fresh from the neighbor’s cow, every evening. It was refrigerated overnight for the cream to rise. I ate whole fresh foods, freshly made baked goods, meat from the butcher. It’s been an adjustment, to say the least, living in the US. I still can’t bring myself to drink the white water called “milk”, that is sold in stores here in central Cali. I
      live in town, and am permitted 3 (!) whole chickens, and I’ve learned to freeze excess summer eggs for winter use. You can’t lime eggs successfully in central Cali, there is simply no cool spot available to store your egg bucket!

    • @leannshort2211
      @leannshort2211 วันที่ผ่านมา

      @ I was just about to ask why not Lime them? Ugh I’m sorry. I know the US is so unhealthy.
      I live in NH and source my food and raw milk from local farms. Still can be a challenge sometimes because I am constantly asking, “What do you feed your chickens”? As even with organic feed, a lot are still fed corn and soy which has PUFA’s in them! 😑
      I render grass fed butter into ghee and grass fed suet from local farms into tallow for cooking and then a portion of that gets purified 3 x for use in skin care products.
      I have been making all our hygiene and cleaning products for my family for 3 years now. Never going back to the highly toxic, ridiculously scented crap anymore. Nasty how many chemicals, dyes and additives are allowed in America!

    • @cucvfarmer
      @cucvfarmer 12 วันที่ผ่านมา +10

      There is no such things as prices gouging. If the a good is priced to high the consumer will quit buying and that will drop the price. If the price of eggs didn't go way up stores would run out of eggs. Having higher prices will cut demand down.

I ate a lot of dairy over my long life, and that heavily contributed to a carotid artery being 90% occluded, and I had a mini stroke. My cardiologist highly recommended I eliminate all dairy, or at least cut way back. I cut back and will likely eliminat it all together, the stroke was a close call, and the surgery was no fun at all. By the way, just cutting back on dairy and sugar, I lost 30 pounds in 6 months.

    I can’t agree with you more! I live in Ohio ( right now 16” of snow) it’s colder than normal even into the negatives. I also feed corn to my chickens. I did my research and bought cold hardy breeds. My first year of chickens I did not and when it got cold. Those poor birds that are hardier in the warmer temperatures suffered and some even died. I learn all the time about chickens. Today I learned that they can have whole corn. Ty for that. For those who aren’t aware how viruses work there is always a new variant. Each time any virus comes in contact with a host it changes and therefore it creates a new variant.( that’s a simple way of saying it. So please don’t let that phrase scare you. ❤

We built their coop and run.The city has regulations about the size,, height, and sq. footage of the run and coop. We had to get a permit and pay to have our facilities inspected. My chickens give me eggs that I can't afford, because the prices are just so high. Eggs are six dollars a dozen.The law will only allow me to have 3 chickens where I live. They used to be illegal.Some cities don't allow any chickens at all. I can't own a rooster. Free-ranging chickens is also not allowed. My neighbors have eggs because of my chickens too. I know they are not sick because I see them three times a day. I love my chickens. God bless you for speaking the truth.

      No, you can't be allergic to the pasteurization process of milk. Pasteurization doesn't cause allergic reactions or lactose intolerance.
      Explanation
      Pasteurization is a process that heats and cools milk to kill harmful bacteria. It doesn't change the milk's nutrients or add any chemicals.

    •  10 วันที่ผ่านมา

      It denatures natural milk and turns it into something we cant digest properly. @@davidgray1515

      It was not the pasteurization. Check the list of flavor ingredients including any "extras" you ordered.

    • @sheryllevine1548
      @sheryllevine1548 10 วันที่ผ่านมา +2

      That reaction didn't have anything to do with pasteurization. It more likely had to do with one of the additives in the ice cream or one of the added toppings, which have many ingredients themselves.

    • @dempseyfarm
      @dempseyfarm 10 วันที่ผ่านมา

      @ nope, pasteurization process. Straight vanilla ice cream and later when we got home any and all dairy that was processed is what we found out. And yes it possibly was something that they added. There is a lot of unnecessary ingredients in our food.

    I've retired and sold the farm to my stepson, but I had up to 150 laying hens at one time. I would get 50 new chicks each spring so they would be laying the next winter when the older hens were not producing as much. Always had eggs for my customers then. Have you considered that? Love your videos! I miss my cows and chickens! Thanks for doing what you do!

    I was brought up on a rural farm. raw milk, straight creamer out of the milk tank for butter, coffee, ice cream, ect. was an everyday occurrence. Never, only on very rare occasions even became ill. Heck I've never even had a cavity at nearly 65 years old. We raised pigs for food too. The only drawback to that he we had to keep it from the kids that a certain pig has made it's way to the dinner table. Everything was less complicated and hopefully it will come full circle

    New subscriber here. Thank you for saying what you did. It is what I've been thinking the whole time. I'm in northern Missouri and supposedly there were a couple of farms here that have avian flu, however...no one around here knows who they were, there were no names released, no one is aware of any culling of chickens, so did it even really happen? Who knows. Control the food, control the people.

    I get 1.5 gallons of raw milk each week from my local dairy. I make the best yogurt you have ever eaten! I'm 74 and I live in Alabama. I have no fear of consuming raw whole milk from grass fed cows, it is delicious! It contains many vitamins and nutrients, especially the amino acid C 15 which is important in cell longevity. Read on-line about C 15 which was recently recognized by researcher Dr Stephanie Venn-Watson. Fascinating research!

    We all need to get involved, at the very least become vocal. It doesn’t make any of us a conspiracy theorist to question why things are happening. It’s why the government coined the phrase, to begin with. It was very effective, until lately, when we are all waking up to the shenanigans that have been going on. We need to all collectively keep on questioning everything, and actually start thinking for ourselves.

    My family lived in the Sacramento, CA area for 13 years after being displaced from Hurricane Katrina. We quickly left that crazy state upon retirement. We were involved in a herd share to obtain raw milk. It was the best ever having that ability to obtain fresh raw milk.
    It truly bothers me that CA warns people to not even provide raw milk to their pets when big corporate food feeds those same pets poison in the kibble they produce.
