Nice little trick that. I hope Akai adds more features for lfo modulation and amp envelope shapes etc. a touch more elektron would have this thing the bollocks

Why do you normalize everything?

To bring the sample up to it's loudest volume before clipping/distortion occurs - raising the gain thereafter can produce both positive and negative artefacts depending on taste or common sense (if it sounds bad then it most likely is...bad).

I've been trying to setup parallel compression, but to no avail. I'm getting phasing issues. this may be the only way to get this done

Could you do a video on how you filter kick drums ive been messing alot with the low band and model filter cutoff but i dont seem to get the best results
