- On this episode of @StateOfSoccer we are visiting the world famous home of Liverpool Football Club, Anfield! I will be shown around the ground by Jack Rigby. Jack will run through the entire history of the stadium. We will check out the concourse, get a bird's eye view of the pitch, take a trip to the dressing room, and check out many other features of this incredible stadium.

I am flying from Brisbane to the UK in a couple of weeks. A friend of mine is arranging for us both to do “The Tour” and I am really looking forward to catching up with Anne in Liverpool.

@@StateOfSoccerI've been on the Liverpool tour twice. The last time was on my birthday in February. I got to lead the tour group out down the tunnel like one of my favourite players Jordan Henderson (I was like a scouse Hendo)

I’d recommend it! They’ve done some great things with the stadium. The new stand should be looking good as well
I like how uncomfortable we make it for the away teams, their dressing room at Anfield has a dodgy ac and heater so it’s too cold in winter and too hot in summer, it’s also not got enough seats so it’s crowded and there’s no sound proofing so the away team is getting intimidated by the home crowd before even stepping on the pitch.
The kenny dalglish stand to me will be as ways known as the kemlyn road stand that was the name before it was called the centenary stand

Anfield is way more modern than United! Impressed with what the ownership has done to the place. Funny how the Glazers get so much criticism (and they make American owners look bad) while John Henry has been building something beautiful in Merseyside for the past 10+ years! #YNWA

The lights weren't flickering it was just from the shutter speed of the camera

i think only the players who have been here a while and us dedicated fans should touch the sign , really annoys me when people just touch it like when weghorst was caught touching the sign .
What is football called in us?
I saw some of the clips of Anfield Tour and they were horrible. The way some of the staffs talked to or treated the visitors were unacceptable. I've seen some so I have sth to say about it. The team and its compounds are good, no doubts but only a handful of people stole the good feelings and there should be some actions for those. 👍👍

I guess you've recorded the Everton part. If you haven't see if you can find the tower witch features on our crest. Prince Rupert's tower, built in 1787 as a lock up in the Everton District.
You see, Liverpool may have more trophies than us, but we have all the history.
