    I see lots of negative comments below. I suggest people should try for yourself no matter be it cooking , being a good orator anything that involved ur skills. She did her part. People should try being innovative n come up with some great idea n enlightened us like how bravely she did it. I need feed back on my comment n not just comment on somebody hard work just like that.

    We naga people have several recipes for cooking pork, infact every household uses different ingredients but one thing common is we love our meats. 😂 Thanks for this video. You made me hungry and sad at the same time cuz my kitchen look dry tonight lol

    why do you have to use tomato when you already have bamboo shoot in the recipe. Not my way of cooking. This cuts off both tomato and bamboo shoot taste.

    • @EatYourKappa
      @EatYourKappa  7 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      Daniel Singson I used it as per the recipe taught to me by a Lotha Naga friend of mine. My friend did tell me to use minimal amount of tomatoes as it will sweeten the dish if too much is added. Using them in moderation works well with bamboo shoot.

    • @hendrix4259
      @hendrix4259 7 ปีที่แล้ว +6

      Tomatoes aren't used only for sour flavor... If we use them in limited amount balancing with sourness of bamboo shoot I think they'd give you richer texture, flavor and colour too..
