    Hi Laura! This is such a nice vlog, I like the editing and your commentary ☺️ I noticed your stats for your runs, and I would look into “slow running to get faster”. Essentially, you want to run slow as heck in order to build your endurance. Pushing yourself too hard (especially with your heart zone super high) can lead to injury and doesn’t build your “aerobic base”. I only say this because I started running not too long ago, but I found out about “zone 2 running” / slow running, and it really helped me build my endurance and fitness level. I went from running 1-2km and being super tired, to running 5-10k regularly. Keep it up!! I love the authentic commentary 🫶

I really appreciate your tips on slow running, it sounds like it made a big difference for you! I'll definitely try keeping my heart rate on zone 2 for my next run.
