I've been trying to run in zone 2 for the last month! It's harder than I thought!!! I'm training for the London Marathon at the moment, and thought it would help! :)
Same! I thought it would be so much easier because you are running slow, but that wasn't the case. But I am so excited to see how my zone 2 journey goes 😀 Good luck with your London Marathon, I would love to partake in it this year!
