My 7-year-old daughter watched part of this with me. She has seen me stitch Maple Lane and Under the Sea (among other things) and had started to learn how to stitch herself. She is so excited and wants to help me stitch this one. We can't wait until the kit release 🎉
That is so special that you get to craft together! We really hope you both enjoy stitching up the Arctic critters from this club and we're curious to know which one will end up being her favorite! 🦭
Has been a minute since I last watched a video of yours. Enjoyed watching this one. I absolutely love, love the floss holder . What a neat idea to have the symbols printed. That stitch along sounds like fun,and although I will not be participating I am sure everyone will be having fun. Hopefully I’ll remember to tune in to watch your progress.

Would you be willing to suggest alternate colors for fabric (as you know the thread colors/floss toss) if we don't prefer grey? You said, to someone's question, that dark eggplant would be a good choice but it looks like you have a navy/dark blue thread so may not show up. I was thinking of a medium to darker blue until I saw the darker threads
Hi! Hmm I do think darker threads will show up ok as they are very bright, highly saturated colors. We don’t have a super dark or navy blue in the palette, I’m sorry if our coloring is off in the video! I think I may have mentioned colors but colors like pinks, purples, greens blues and even yellows could look nice, you just may have to switch a colors of thread but keep them in the same family; like if we use a bright purple and it’s blending in with your fabric, a light purple will likely look just as great. Hope that helps!

Unfortunately I’m not sure about it being Pattern Keeper compatible as we don’t use it. We’ve had several stitchers mention that the black and white charts will load okay on it but we personally haven’t tried. I'm sorry about that!
