You make a good quality video. Keep them coming. I always liked plowing but decided that an offset disk would probably be more efficient for what I needed to do the next few years.

Thanks. My kids gave us a GoPro so I had to find a way to use it. The next video will show my disk on the same field. I’ve been slow to edit because of deer hunting preparations.

Always neat to see how others do things on their operation.

We've found moldboard plow and disc best to keep ahead of the willow and alder. Clay, rocks and cool Lake Superior weather makes growing corn and beans nearly impossible but you can raise hay and small grains to supplement pasture for beef.

I just bought that same plow, neighbor had it for sale. I couldn’t resist it at the price he was asking. Your in NE Minnesota I read in your about page, are you close to Eveleth?

I love my JD plow. We’re south of Eveleth about 40 miles, west of Duluth in a rural township. Kind of in the middle of nowhere but close enough to Lake Superior that we are affected by cool temperatures. East wind in June orJuly will cool you down 30 degrees and make it hard to dry hay.
