      thanks for the feedback. Trackers were my go to for years to learn how to pace and I still use one to stay on top of how I'm doing.

    Someone just asked about which of the many HRV choices to use on an apple watch. Sounds like a problem of too much data. I would choose one metric like RMSSD and follow that. It is better to have a device that gives you a "recovery" number each day so you can track if what you are trying is making it higher (better) or lower (worse).

      Is there a transcript in addition to the time-stamped transcript?
      I would like to share what you said about our chronic, complex illness with others. Thank you!

      @lw7436 I.
      Have not been creating transcripts of things that I post for free because of the cost involved of having someone.Check and edit the transcript.
      Perhaps you could provide feedback whether you think an unedited Trans Would be of value or would confuse people
      Thank you in advance for your feedback

      @@DrEleanorStein Unedited transcript could be shared with those more likely to read than listen, especially if key points are highlighted. Thanks!

      @@lw7436 I beleive that the transcript is included...if you click 'more' at the end of the introduction, you can scroll right down to the end and under 'transcript', click on 'show transcript'. Once that is done, it shows up on the right hand side of the TH-cam window. Although you can't automatically download this, you can copy and paste it to a document if you'd prefer to share it that way. Hope this helps. 🙂
