Great video Kevin, just to note the restaurant you mentioned towards the end as a scandavnion one is actually Spanish, El Quiojote. Its been in the same family for several decades and run by Pedro, its amazing and honest Spanish food and good steaks, fish ans tapas. Worth a visit
