I have it too but cleaned it up using nail polish remover it worked perfectly and did not harm the chrome underneath it, you’re welcome to check out my review on my channel; looks real nice after removing the battle damage paint. big mistake never alter anything on a collectable you will destroy its value,, i cant help but notice the chrome is rather dull?? almost satin///?? plus your lighting should be natural not lite by a torch,, show it in its glory,, in natural light
