I was going to ask if you’ve dealt with the jumping out of 2nd gear issues, and replaced the selector fork with the modified version, but I see you don’t answer comments. That’s a shame. Thank you for sharing this.

There's a very low miles scarver in my area for sale, claims that a case gasket is leaking and it needs to be split to fix it. On a MC with only 9K miles, how likely is that? Seems like it's more likely to be one of the more common areas that they leak and it's just been misdiagnosed? Thanks for any input.
What an amazingly adept mechanic ! Things just go together or come apart swiftly due to this guy's dexterity and expertise combined with wrenching experience that's obviously been acquired over some years of working on many bikes. Real zen, man ! Pity though that the conversion of the original streaming footage to DVD format has lost so much video resolution. ¿ Which is the URL for the original format so I can stream & capture it onto my timeline ? My motorcycle underwent a warm up and suffered gaskets of valve top and cylinder head, take it where the trustworthy mechanic ex BMW the coolant had leaked to the engine. Was flushing or cleaning to wash engine was seen that the cylinder head was not damaged and the valves were installed the gaskets were set and started but started to make a clap in the engine but not from valves. I want you to help me with your experience knowing that it could be that clacleo?

Hi if anyone sees this comment I have a ds650 and I am having problems getting the dogs to mesh with the other gear I have to spin the input shaft and the output the same way to slip the dogs into position does anyone have suggestions to fix this?
As I answered below, if you ask on the forums you might find an answer. But I guess you’ve done that by now. My own thoughts might be the selector fork.

Any idea why 5th gear might not work all other 4 gears are ok.
awesome video but I would hope if I took the engine that far apart, I would have probably done the rings and head, unless this had really low miles.
