Well Its Completely depends on the cruise line you are applying for as all have different criteria to select but 2 years & above is considered good experience to get selected amongst candidates.

Well I never said max is 1200. I said upto 1200. Next thing is as all cruise lines are different and follows different pay scale..

2 years of experience is enough but you can try after completing 1 year of experience as well... chances are less but still has chances
