B&W: Adventures In Unova (And Beyond) - My first ever Pokémon episode was “The Pirates Of Decolore”, so it’s the most nostalgic song for me.

people completely miss the point of the XY opening. It's short and more to the point because let's face it, at this day and age kids just want to get on with the show.
Too be fair I don't know many past the first XY opening due to that being when I started watching the anime in Japanesez but I have gone back and revisited some of the new ones and too me the journey's openings don't hit as hard as the Japanese counterpart

My list Here's my list. NOTE: This is just my personal opinion. I also don't hate any of these songs, including the last place song. 25: Under the Alolan Sun. Too family friendly for my liking. Not that it is a bad thing, it's not my style. 24: Ultimate Journeys: Very bland. I would always skip this intro. 23: Under the Alolan Moon: Not terrible, but still a really boring intro. 22: Pokemon Advanced: Shockingly, really high up on the list for me, this song is boring. 21. Pokemon XY: Dollar store knock off of the original theme song. I would always skip this intro 20. Pokemon XYZ (Be a hero): Boring and skippable 19: Pokemon Advanced: Battle Frontier: A bit boring, but not too bad either. 18: Pokemon Diamond and Pearl (RAP): Ngl, it's bit of a bop. I actually liked this theme song as a kid. This song is more enjoyable than the songs listed above. 17: Master Journeys: It's very upbeat! Lyrics are cool and liked the style of this song. 16: Black and White: Very nostalgic. The duet style in the Black and White songs are nice. 15: Sun and Moon Ultra Legends: Actually, a good Sun and Moon theme. It totally beats the other two. 14: Pokemon Diamond and Pearl Battle Dimension: Very nostalgic! Lyrics are very nice! One of the intros I would watch and not skip. I would remember watching the credits after each episode and listen that epic guitar riff. 13: Pokemon Diamond and Pearl Sinnoh League Victors: This theme is awesome! Love the inspirational lyrics and the style of music. From this point, I'll just list the songs I like the best without further explanation.
