The wisdom in this podcast is actually mindblowing. I am going to watch this over and over again because I have had several 'Aha!' moments on this first watch, and I know I certainly didn't catch them all this time around. Listening to him break down all of these underlying issues, and articulate how emotions and predispositions colour our responses and reactions to people and things has made me rethink so many things. I think this conversation has given me a brand new lens through which to view people and life in general. His approach is so different, but so are his outcomes, and I definitely want to explore this new way of thinking. I will share this because so many more people need this shift in perspective. I love how centred he is and how much value he places on family too!
Valuable and insightful. Managing people comes with a host of challenges, understanding the many different personalities and getting them to work together for the betterment of your team. It really does require a high level of emotional intelligence.
Another ace conversation. Worla is a real top dog. It was such a pleasure for L'etage Productions to work together with Top Dog Communications. The NAR Finals at the Independence Square topped it for me. I recall our opening act featuring Batman(now Samini), the stage production was something else. Tucci, you nailed it again. Well done. I'm looking forward to more conversations.

In all things, seek understanding first before taking a decision. You might lose a good employee without knowing. So true and really great insights
