Introduction to the SMARTER Leadership Podcast
I love her focus, clarity, drive and willingness to be vocal about her thoughts. 🎉 Please recharge Nana! You have a powerful voice.
Nice interview. I enjoyed watching it.
🙏🏾🙏🏾💯
Love this podcast and binge watching at the moment 😂. My take-home message for this episode is to focus on what I can control.
People in general are fickle and would switch up on you over the most ridiculous things. I don’t think it has much to do with nationality because I have seen people from both nationalities act up. I agree though, help those you can help but don’t really expect much from them.
She is really bold and I love her outspokenness ❤. Great interview 👏👏👏
Great interviews, authenticity at its best. Nana, your nature has been to help. Don't stop being you. You are being admired 🎉🎉🎉
This is my most inspiring podcaster
Thank you 🤩
She's very bold and I love her❤
I enjoyed this. ❤
This was very insightful
Another great episode - very candid and engaging. P.S. Monday-borns rock!
Yes they do! ;)
Well spoken Nana Ama.Every one wants to be the first to break the news without verifying. They end up misinformationing the public.
Good to hear Barbara Sam was your role model. She was one of my favorite newscasters.
Loved the interview 🎉🎉🎉
Not even a teacup 🤣🤣🤣
Excellently and organically driven conversation. It's always easy to sit back to judge people until you know more...I have gained even more admiration for Nana Aba. Hate her or love her she is as candid as it gets. I enjoyed the conversation thoroughly and had a good laugh. A different vibe that gets you thinking a lot on many issues. Well done👏🏾👌🏾

Valuable and insightful. Managing people comes with a host of challenges, understanding the many different personalities and getting them to work together for the betterment of your team. It really does require a high level of emotional intelligence.
Indeed. Emotional intelligence is always valuable and critical at this level. Thank you for contributing to this important conversation.
The wisdom in this podcast is actually mindblowing. I am going to watch this over and over again because I have had several 'Aha!' moments on this first watch, and I know I certainly didn't catch them all this time around. Listening to him break down all of these underlying issues, and articulate how emotions and predispositions colour our responses and reactions to people and things has made me rethink so many things. I think this conversation has given me a brand new lens through which to view people and life in general. His approach is so different, but so are his outcomes, and I definitely want to explore this new way of thinking. I will share this because so many more people need this shift in perspective. I love how centred he is and how much value he places on family too!
Agree, real food for thought. Different approaches for different outcomes. Love that. Thank you.
In all things, seek understanding first before taking a decision. You might lose a good employee without knowing. So true and really great insights
Wisdom. Thank you for highlighting this.
Absolutely ❤❤❤
Insightful 👌
Awesome
Another ace conversation. Worla is a real top dog. It was such a pleasure for L'etage Productions to work together with Top Dog Communications. The NAR Finals at the Independence Square topped it for me. I recall our opening act featuring Batman(now Samini), the stage production was something else. Tucci, you nailed it again. Well done. I'm looking forward to more conversations.
Yes!!! A great team working together towards flawless execution gives a different meaning to work! Thank you for sharing and being a huge part of it!

Such a refreshing perspective on the power of family, love, and entrepreneurship to transform lives globally! Valerie Obaze’s insights on women empowerment in Africa are truly inspiring. Grateful to see how purpose-driven leadership can create lasting impact.
Yes!
I absolutely love this podcast and am a fan of Valerie. As an entrepreneur and introvert myself, I deeply resonate with her approach to entrepreneurship-one that’s rooted in supporting women, local ecosystems, staying true to her values, and embracing her learning journey. She’s an inspiration. I always make it a point to pick up her products at the airport whenever I travel from Amsterdam to Ghana. This episode was really nice, with great questions that brought out so much value. Can’t wait for more episodes. Keep up the amazing work.
Indeed! We were inspired too. Thank you for the feedback!
Brava! I love the freshness and genuineness of this podcast. I can't wait for future episodes!!
Such a refreshingly candid perspective on entrepreneurship. Congratulations on the continued success of R and R @Valerie. Thank you @Tucci, looking forward to more episodes.
Inspiring. I hope AfCFTA can be a channel of growth on the African continent for your product and business. There's so much potential on the African continent.. if only we all can appreciate what we have and support home/continent grown businesses. Well done, Val. The multi national brands we grew up with are being taken over by modern brands. R&R is poised to occupy this space. Tucci is a brilliant conversationalist. It doesn't sound like an interview, yet all the relevant and interesting questions have been asked and answered... that's refreshing. I am looking forward to many more insightful, relaxed, and refreshing episodes on your podcast.
Thank you! We look forward to the growth of our Podcast and the rise of African international brands!
Loved this! Great questions and insight into some of the challenges of building a brand 👍🏽
Very interesting and inspiring ✨✨💛
Glad you enjoyed it.
I am super impressed Aunty Tucci❤🎉
Shine bright sis-⭐️
I think the most striking thing about this podcast is how grounded and congruent Valerie is. She quietly but powerfully states 'how' she has done all that she has done. No fluff, but you can tell from the details she shares that these things actually did happen. It's motivating but practical and replicable at the same time. I love how the business has evolved in response to emerging needs and real-time insights. The intentionality is remarkable. Hats off! Very excited to see what the future holds for the brand. Stellar interview. Each question had depth, which reflected in the qualiy of the answers.
Thank you for the thoughtful feedback. Much appreciated!
Absolutely inspiring! The journey to building a sustainable African legacy brand is filled with motivation and vision. This podcast episode is a must-listen for anyone looking to make a meaningful impact in their field. Great job, Madam Tucci, for bringing such authentic stories to light!
Thank you for the recommendation. It means a lot!
Great podcast episode! You go, Boss lady!
