A TV licence is not a legal requirement to own a T.V. It is only required if you employ the equipment to watch or record live broadcasts or use BBC iplayer. If you are using guests to debate the TV licence use people who understand section 363 of the 2003 communications act.

With 169 quid l can get Netflix, apple tv ,and prime , and stop , start , and cancel at anytime l like , with no problem whatsoever, and with no threatening letters or hired goons turning up at my door, why on earth l would choose the bbc ??

BBC don't even provide audio description for me to be able to watch a lot of their programmes, but ITV and Channel 4 do provide audio description for people like me who are registered blind

There shouldn't be a licence fee. They should be self funding or subscriptions. The single justice procedure is the most corrupt method of prosecuting non payers. People should have a choice not to watch. How much does the bbc give to other tv providers that you must have a licence to watch live
