    I liked your lecture even though most of it was Beyond my comprehension.
    The little take away for me was that exercise is good for the health.
    I am from Somalia and live in Somalia, and I will be 60 year old on 24th October this year.
    I have been exercising regularly for 13 month, four days a week and resting three days.
    My jogging improved from 1 minute on day one to 7 minute today.
    My push ups improved from 3 to 55
    My pull up improved from 3 seconds hanging from the bar to five full pull ups.
    Also my weight lifts had improved.
    Finally, my physical improvement have become the talk of the young men at the gym and among my 60+ year old colleagues.
    Never felt better and stronger than before.
