I am very much looking forward to the recipes you share, as I am currently in Kansas and dream of being able to live where you do, in the Colorado mountains. Knowing how to adjust for altitude will be vital. Lovely haul!
Hi Angela!! I love your system. The way you live and the way you raise the kids and the family size.. is everything I imagined my life being a young lady. you are a fabulous mom. Thanks for the content that you put out for us. Have a blessed weekend darlings ♥️🙏🏽
1 box velveta, 2 cans ro-tel tomatoes . Cut up velveta in cubes add ro-tel juice and all. Put in microwave or crockpot. Every 1 minute in microwave stir repeat till smooth. You can add sweet Italian sausage or ground beef, or ground elk, Buffalo, moose to it. Make sure you drain the fat off the meat. Serve with corn chips, guacamole, sour cream, salsa. It's wonderful I made it for Christmas and new years.
Just subscribed and enjoyed your information without fear mongering. I have been filling up for long term storage consistently with Azure since last October and Costco. I just want everyone to know to just start somewhere and even if they put something extra away each week, it will take no time. Thanks for sharing and keep your sense of humor.
This is an awesome haul! Its wonderful to see such beautiful families like yours, i only wish that i would have done this kinda of thing when my kids were little. Thank you so very much for sharing ❤️
I am a new subscriber I have to tell you, When you pulled into the garage and your table wasn't there I wanted to cry for you. That was a huge hall. I was exhausted for your. Your a wonderful wife and mother. Great vlog. Happy holidays
Love your channel,,You can call Costco custumer service and they will credit you for the cheese on your original way you paidex credit card they are good about that
New sub, it looks like a lot of goodies but with a lot of kiddos, if each had two cookies, they are gone. And everybody needs a little sugar and grace in their lives
Yes at my mom’s house you can build up and immunity she’s adamant about! she has three cats and my brother was allergic and you never knew he was until he moved out!!😂
Wonderful and welcome! I am editing a few canning videos at the moment. This week and weekend I am filming 7 days of dehydrating where each day I'm dehydrating something different and showing it. Lots of videos with recipes and different methods of preserving to come! 😊
You should have just called the number on the bag of cheese and left a comment with the costumer service rep about the package, they will usually send a coupon to replace it.
You are a good wife! Honestly wow , thank you for the example. Your daughters are going to be good wifes also and thats what we need so much more of. This country has forgotten what that looks like!
I am so beyond impressed that you are so organized, mentally solid, and intelligent that even without knowing those two months were in your future you built two pantries so well you fed ten people without a missed meal. That is absolutely incredible and you should be so proud of yourself for being able to do that-most of us wouldn’t make it very far past three weeks, and that is with far fewer mouths, not three meals, thirty servings a day! Huge, huge kudos to you, that’s amazing and I’m jealous of your skill there.
New subscriber here... Great video girl so refreshing to see another "awake" TH-camr You got this... so much to come but as we knows God wins.. TTYS...
Wow someone has some money!!! I'd say you are not what we would deem middle class in the USA. I'd say you are in the wealthier range by the look of you house and your grocery haul!! Condsider yourself blessed Lady. Too many people have nothing these days!
I don't normally hit like buttons, I just am not a "liker", lol. Hit it for you. Hope it takes off for you! I'm not at high altitude, I'm not a family of 10, but I've really enjoyed the two videos I've watched.
I know, I truly apologize for that! I held the phone vertically by accident and couldn't re do the haul by the time I realized it while editing. It was my second video I made. I won't make that mistake again! ❤️
Good video,I have a question for you ,being I am in Central Fla. ,how or did you stock up when you lived here, I have found I have to have an air-conditioned room to hold my pantry but never enough room ,lol I need to can up my freezers ,don't rotate it enough. Just me eating it now, hubby passed ,so I have to can up 3 freezers...and how did you used to store onions and potatoes ,always wonder how the pioneers who came to Fla, kept their food
Oh, we struggled. We had a VERY small house, and I did not do food storage anywhere close to what I do now. I was pregnant with number 4 when we moved to Colorado, so I did not do grocery shopping like I have to now in bulk. The insects were crazy there, too. I couldn't imagine trying to store food there like i do here. I would have definitely made sure everything was in food grade buckets. Potatoes I just kept in a paper bag in the coolest room in the house. Onions I think I kept in the laundry room. The house was tiny, and we did not even have a pantry!!!
Do you use sourdough starter? How well does it work in high altitude? Coming from Florida it must have been quite the challenge learning to bake there. Such beautiful scenery you show at the end of your videos, I like that. One little boy is holding something black. Is it a chicken, dog, or cat?
I do use sourdough starter. I plan to do a how to video soon on how to start your own sourdough starter. It has worked very well for me at our altitude. Learning to bake here was a huge adjustment! My son Joshua was holding our black silkie chicken "Happy Feet" 😊
I came across your channel and I loved the haul, however it was very chatty which made it long and I noticed you missed alot of items. This is not a bad comment because I am now a new subscriber.
Thank you for your honest comment. I agreed when I looked back at it - but it was too late to re do the haul. I will be more mindful of this in future uploads!
@@rockymountainhomesteadangela I actually LOVED that it was chatty…. Kept me company while I organized my own pantry. Homeschooling prepper mom here, and instant new subscriber after seeing your pantry update tour! Don’t change a thing!
I love this video, and I want a husband and more children soon if GOD wants that for me! I just brought a Sam's club membership and I will be using it all the time!🙂🙏❤️
I understand what you are saying BUT everyone can't spend 2600.00 on 1 trip to Sam's everything is going up people are barely making it. Much less buying extra...
I absolutely agree with you!! Weve never spent that much either at one time or have been able to. However, we went two months without buying groceries and with a family of 10 this is what it looks like to restock and replenish. ❤️
Sorry it affected the video that badly for you!! It's 24 feet high in the air and my husbands tall ladders have been held up on a job. Finally got it fixed over the weekend.
The fact that you were able to go 2 months without doing grocery shopping is amazing! I cannot wait to see more content!
You need to make a fire. Free Disney book… seems like destiny to me!
I am very much looking forward to the recipes you share, as I am currently in Kansas and dream of being able to live where you do, in the Colorado mountains. Knowing how to adjust for altitude will be vital.
Lovely haul!
Those containers you got for cereal and stuff we use for catfood

It's going to slow. Hard to watch with all the talking on each item
Thanks for the feedback. Happy Thanksgiving.
Wow that smoke alarm was annoying AF. Couldn't finish watching unfortunately.

So much sugar and chemicals.
You do a lot of talking instead of really showing the food
Yeah, that was the first video I ever made. Trial and error.
