You'll be tackling more mud than me at the moment, been off the bike for 6 months and I think gta6 will be out before I ride again 🤣 I do have some footage to trickle out in the meantime though
Bark busters are even a better investment than gloves,I jacked up my little finger before they were made, its still shaped like the splint Dr had put on it.
yeah mine has slightly leaky valve stem seals. some bikes are like it from new but not big enough of a problem to recall. also, replace the inner most fiber plate and chatter spring with a full size fiber plate. makes the clutch way stronger, a few people i know have burnt out their clutches early on and that was the main issue
These guys need a passing etiquette like cars on a track. If someone is on your ass then they are faster than you. If you like a challenge or want to prove something let them pass and try to keep up with them.
Hey bro love your vids, how do you find trail riding the 450 over a 250? Currently riding a 250 and was thinking about stepping up for more top end power but was wondering if it would be to much in the tight trails??
I love my kx450 ae. It's tamer and a bit softer than most other 450s. Has all the creature comforts (hydraulic clutch, ele start etc). They do stall a bit in twisty stuff but soon get used to it and learn to cover the clutch more. I've just clicked over 100 hours on mine and only thing I've done is more oil in forks and set the sag
Some rides require you to carry a small fire extinguisher with you while riding. It's more in forest blocks or if there is a high fire risk in the area
both factory at the moment. having no issues with gearing or suspension. only thing i have done is set my sag and run 2 clicks less top and bottom on the front if its a rough trail
@@nakitrailrides ok, thank you,im selling my ktm 300 atm the moment to update, so my 2020 kx450 will be my new enduro bike for a few months, any other issues? cooling
One of my fav rides. The clay makes it interesting
what clay lol? its all pumice there
I arrived from four years in the future to say you are an animal. I just got a new green 450 and aspire to tackle mud half as good as you.

@@nakitrailrides Here’s to hoping you’ll be able to get back at it soon. I subscribed so I won’t miss out.

Sweet electric start sounds like a must on the 450s , cheers bro
Hello, I was wondering what gearing ⚙ you are using? Cheers
The world will never know
Poor clutch
Where is this

why do you have a fire extinguisher with you?

@@nakitrailrides Okay😂. I really thought it was time for a motorcycle to start burning.
@@silentwater9441 yeah nah more if you catch the ground on fire
@@nakitrailrides But it can't just happen out of nowhere that a motorcycle starts burning on its own, can't it? even if it is overheated
@@silentwater9441 it is possible but unlikely

@@tristanbaird1973 only clutch that i can think of... remove clutch plates and replace chatter ring with a full size fiber plate
riding a bike without gloves nor protection is highly advisable to have a better feeling of what it feels like once you fall off the bike 😆
Been there, done that... Still wouldn't change how I ride 😂
@@nakitrailrides well, if you are happy we are happy
@@nakitrailrides didnt do it good enough then or you would lmaooo💀
is your 450 short geared or do you just want to keep it at a low rpm?
I find the power mellows out at higher rpm with this bike. But also better traction higher gear and low rpm
@@nakitrailrides oh okay i was like why you shifting that often on a trail with a 450
