I think this was a nice conversation, but not particularly relatable because the guest is not single. Meeting and marrying your spouse at a young age gives you an entirely different perspective than someone who is still navigating singledom outside of their 20s. I would love to have had this conversation with someone in their early to mid 30s who is still in their single season.
Yes being married in your early 20’s is completely different from someone in their 30’s or up. It was a great conversation but I agree it’s not that relatable. Being married at an early age is a blessing but I agree not that relatable for most.
I haven't watched yet, but definitely disappointed it's not coming from a single woman perspective. Came here after listening to her single season song because I thought it would be relatable, but you're right, that's definitely different
Both ladies are very well spoken and I enjoyed this conversation! I do think it would have also been nice to hear about navigating your single season from someone who is single or was single for a longer period of time. Its just more relatable. I would love to hear more about another topic from Franchesca. Maybe about her career or things she wishes she knew before getting married/becoming a mum.
Hi! This is my first time coming across your channel. I really enjoyed this conversation. As a single in my waiting season, I loved hearing the advice of not idolizing marriage. I believe God gave me the desire to become a wife someday, but in the meantime I’m doing my best to keep God first.
@@FranchescaMakesMusic I absolutely enjoyed this interview. You’re so beautiful and wise. I’m really loving this side of TH-cam. I’m over just the fashion and glitz and glamour. I need kingdom training and I need substance in my eye and ear gates! Blessings to you and your family.❤️
New Christian here, and not only is this Chanel amazing and much needed for women but this lady Franchesca is an amazing artist. I typically don’t like gospel music, but I downloaded all three of her albums. Such a good transition from worldly music for the millennials and generations after it’s all so relatable.
100%, I moved here for real estate but starting having thoughts of being a bottle girl for fast cash. There is a heavy, strong principality over the city of Atlanta. The Bible is not playing when it says we fight not against flesh and blood but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world. Think about it, every city has its own “thing”, it’s own “principality”. It’s so deep! 21:26
If you considered becoming a bottle girl then you are attractive. Use your beauty in a classy way, start a TH-cam channel and guide other young women with proper education on how to navigate this big world. Modest dressing, Bible study, life lessons, journaling, budgeting, meal prep, maintaining friends and so on… the more information available the more this world can change for the better. Keep God first in EVERYTHING you do. ❤🙏🏽
I’ve been offered a bottle girl position twice and I declined- what @4LadySweet suggests is the best long term move to make. Leverage your beauty by building your brand so you will have limited regrets later on in life
When you find your person all the stuff you think you are missing fades away. That is the beauty of it. That person quenches all your thirst. The lucky ones find their person early. The ones that don’t are the ones asking don’t you think you missed out or that is too young to marry. People who are lost wander the streets. People who have been find go home.
Love this convo and Francesca’s story. I don’t believe it was God’s intention for us to be alone. While not every single person is called RJ be married. there is a beauty and comfort in love ordained by Him. Like stated, there are ups and downs in every aspect of life. There is a unspeakable joy in navigating through life knowing that someone has your back and can share in your joys.
We should also recognize that being single does not equal being alone.. so yes, it is not God's intention for us to be alone but that includes community outside of romantic love.
@@jas1565 Absolutely. That goes without saying. Because God KS always with is first, we are NEVER alone. I was just referring scripture, Genesis, when it says it is nog good for man to be alone so be created woman and the two would become one.
I love her music but it would’ve been nice to have someone talking about singleness that was married in their 30’s or older. Being married at 22 is still college aged which is very young!
Watch the interview I did before this one, the one with Deshauna. She got married at 33. Also, watch the one I did with Brittany Gold. She also got married and had a baby at 34.
Family members telling you don’t have kids is just some hater stuff. That’s them mad their own like sucks and they aren’t happy they can’t find joy or figure things out for themselves
That’s not true, it’s because they know what it’s like to have children. Some ppl wish they can take it back while others accept it, it’s not for everybody and just because someone tells their truth doesn’t make them a hater.
Perhaps the family member know how much it’s a constant 24/7 job and once you become a parent your time is no longer your own. I highly encourage young women to make sure they get a proper education and career before starting a family. Financially it’s VERY difficult to provide for a household without a stable foundation.
@@NurseNessey Y’all talking about regretting something as big as having children. That sounds like your life sucks for whatever reason. Spewing negativity because you are miserable is hater behavior.
@@Wade178 no, they’re just speaking their truth. The people who say it state they wish they haven’t listened to people around them and not had kids. It’s true though people need to stop irresponsibly having children. 30-35 is a good age to have them because your brain is fully developed enough to make the right choices for your kids and to see if you really want them. Telling someone not to have kids until they know for sure isn’t a hater. It’s just not for everybody and one should know without a shout of doubt that kids is what they want.
@@NurseNessey Look we all know what’s really going on. Women today are not like women before and that’s probably been changing for the past few decades. The men who women are dealing with to have the lifestyle they want is not the best decision these young girls make. So I agree there, you better tell young girls to wrap up, get on bc, and don’t end up in a serious lifelong change by having these dudes babies, because that seems to be a poor choice so often. But, that’s very different from what I heard in the video where family members are essentially saying that they regret having children. If they’re advising women that having children is a bad thing and not to do it because it overall made their own life worse, that just sounds like envy of the youth and negativity surrounding their own choices to tell women to never have children.
hi beauty! I write songs about a lot of seasons I’m not in anymore but I was once there. It’s for a similar reason we still desire to reach the lost even though we ourselves are not there anymore. It is to give hope! 🙌🏾

Singleness needs to stop being depicted as a prison sentence to “get through” but instead, celebrated as a gift and opportunity to make the most of
It was nice that franchesca spoke about going to therapy and also alone time
