AMAZING TV SHOW! Don't even want to read the books to spoil the show because the show is so good.

First of all lip "syncing" only applies to when your singing. secondly your only half right the lead guitar track is being played in real time and being mixed with the other instrumentation. but this is only because a human only has two hands and cant play all the different tracks simultaneously so it is necessary to record one track at a time be it guitar drums synth and than when you shoot the video you pick the instrument your most familiar with to accompany. In fact he probably spent additional hours recording the drum and synth tracks since they are clearly not the original versions. That's what makes him so good, the fact that he recomposes sections of the original and adds his own style to the music. this makes the final product so much better than a artist who simply picks a song and plays it on an electric guitar
